Board Certified Marriage and Life Coach
Joy Slaughter is a Board Certified Master Life Coach with the American Association of Christian Counselors and a Presidential Member of the AACC.
Her work is primarily dedicated to marriage and premarital coaching, where she partners with couples to help them get unstuck, improve communication, and build a strong foundation for their relationships.
Additionally, Joy provides dedicated life coaching for women, empowering them to overcome insecurities and walk in confidence and purpose.

Leadership & Humanitarian Service
Joy brings a wealth of real-life experience in managing challenges and resolving conflict.
She spent 18 years serving in Haiti as the co-founder and Executive Program Coordinator of Haiti Missions.
During this time, she oversaw the development of churches, schools, a medical clinic, and an orphanage, focusing on humanitarian aid and community empowerment.
Her professional history also includes serving as a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician, trainer, and instructor, assisting patients and staff in the healthcare field.
Ministry & Family
Alongside her husband Alvin, they travel and minister internationally, sharing hope and encouragement through testimony and music.
Joy and Alvin enjoy a vibrant family life with their blended family of six children and twelve grandchildren.
